What we handle, in detail.
Every service below can be engaged on its own — many clients come to us for a single search, then return for drafting and filing once the results are in.
Prior art & patentability search
Before you spend on drafting, you need to know whether your idea is genuinely new. We run structured searches across Indian, US, European, PCT, and Chinese patent literature, alongside relevant non-patent literature, to map what already exists around your invention.
The output is a search report with element-wise mapping against your claims, an honest read on novelty and inventive step, and a recommendation on whether to proceed, narrow scope, or hold off.
A written report identifying the closest prior art, how each reference maps to your invention, and our assessment of patentability.
Patent drafting
We prepare provisional and complete specifications, drawings, and claims — written to describe your invention accurately while claiming the broadest scope the prior art will allow.
We work directly with you, the inventor, to make sure the drafted claims reflect what you actually built, not a generic template. Draft versions are shared for your review before filing.
A complete or provisional specification with claims, abstract, and drawings, ready for filing.
Filing & prosecution
We handle the filing itself with the appropriate patent office, then represent your application through examination — responding to First Examination Reports, office actions, and any opposition proceedings that arise.
Throughout prosecution, we explain each communication from the patent office in plain terms and walk you through the response strategy before anything is filed on your behalf.
Filed application, ongoing prosecution management, and status updates at each stage of examination.
Design registration
If what sets your product apart is its shape, configuration, pattern, or ornamentation rather than its underlying mechanism, design registration may be the right — and faster — route to protection.
We assess novelty and originality, prepare the representation sheets and application, and file for registration under the Designs Act.
